Give & Grow
I've been fortunate to be involved with our company's non-profit since its beginnings in 2007. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to contribute to their Create and Educate programs, by creating murals and posters. It's been wonderful to see how the program has grown and helped so many in our community, and I'm grateful to have played a part in that journey, however modest.
My responsibilities with Give & Grow were to:
Create new murals and modify previous artwork. Taking into consideration input from the school that was chosen for that years Create project. After the murals were approved, I would spec out the murals. Noting every color used and scyning colors across the entire project.
Historic timelines for the school’s library. Adding and subtracting history events based on what the school wanted to display. Once the timeslines were approved, I would print out and mount each section.
Utilize photos and videos taken at the Create project to produce a short video.
Making flyers for their scholarship program.
